Anniston Academy is proud to support the next generation of educators and therapists through hands-on, meaningful field experiences. We welcome student teachers and interns from a variety of disciplines—including education, special education, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, applied behavior analysis, and others.

Our inclusive, nature-based, and therapeutic model provides a unique setting for learning best practices in supporting neurodiverse and typically developing students side by side. Interns and student teachers work under the guidance of experienced professionals and have opportunities to engage in differentiated instruction, collaborative planning, integrated therapy sessions, and community-building activities.
