Admissions Process

Ready to Apply?

Complete the Application

Families must submit one application per child. The application includes detailed questions to help us understand your child's academic, social, and therapeutic needs. You will also upload the following documents:

  • Birth certificate

  • Immunization records

  • Insurance card(s) (if applicable)

  • IEP or service plans (if applicable)

  • Homeschool records (if applicable)

You will also be able to download a copy of the Student & Family Handbook during this process.

Submit Enrollment Deposit

A $350 enrollment deposit per household is required to hold your child’s spot. Even if you plan to use voucher funds for tuition, this deposit must be paid to reserve placement.

If you cannot afford this, please reach out to discuss financial aid options.

Establish Therapeutic Services

If your child will be receiving therapeutic services (such as speech, OT, or ABA), please ensure the following is completed:

  • Ask your child’s doctor to send a referral for each service via fax.

  • Referrals should state “For Evaluation and Treatment” (e.g., “Occupational Therapy for Evaluation and Treatment”).

  • Fax referrals and a copy of your insurance card to 931-919-1169 as soon as possible.

Schedule Campus Tour & Student Interview

You must complete the student application prior to scheduling a tour. Tours are held once per month. Please bring your student to the tour, as this will serve as the interview portion of the admissions process.

Pay School Supply Fee

We collect an annual supply fee (instead of sending home supply lists) to cover all essential materials (notebooks, crayons, glue, pencils, etc.). This must be paid by the first day of school.

Set Up Payment Plan

If not utilizing a voucher, you will need to set up a payment plan for tuition prior to the first day of school.
