Anniston Academy is a nonprofit, inclusive, and therapeutic school designed to meet the needs of neurodivergent and typically developing students through a hands-on, whole-child approach. As we prepare to open our doors this fall, we’re filled with excitement—and a lot of boxes to unpack! Starting a school from the ground up takes a village, and we are so grateful to have such an incredible, supportive community walking beside us.

This is a labor of love—and 100% self-funded by the two of us as founders. That means every chair, bookshelf, sensory tool, and pack of pencils is being personally funded by us, without any outside assistance to date, like grants or state funding. We believe deeply in what we’re building, but we also know we can’t do it alone.

We’ve curated a series of Amazon Wishlists for each area of our program to ensure our students have everything they need to thrive in a nurturing, inclusive, and hands-on learning environment.
