Kathryn DuBray is the Founder and Executive Director of Anniston Academy, a neuro-affirming educational program serving children with diverse learning needs in Tennessee. Her work focuses on integrating evidence-based educational practices with therapeutic collaboration to support children with autism, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and other developmental differences.

Kathryn founded Anniston Academy with a commitment to transparency, individualized education, and family-centered care. She works alongside a team of licensed professionals, board members, and educators to ensure organizational compliance, ethical governance, and student-centered decision-making.
