We offer comprehensive autism assessments for children using gold-standard tools, including:

• Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), Second Edition

• Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, Third Edition

 

The ADOS-2 is the most widely recognized tool for autism diagnosis and must be administered by a master’s-level clinician who has completed formal ADOS training. All evaluations conducted at our facility meet those professional standards.

 

Each evaluation includes:

• a one-hour intake session

• a two-hour assessment appointment

• scoring

• detailed clinical report you can take to your child’s primary care provider for signature to obtain an official diagnosis, should the provider agree with our findings

Our assessments are designed to give families clarity, actionable insights, and a clear path forward—whether for school planning, therapy coordination, or understanding your child’s developmental profile.

Appointments are available year-round, with significantly shorter wait times than other area testing facilities and without the hassle of having to drive to Nashville or Chattanooga. Families may schedule directly online.

Insurance is not billed for this service; the fee is $500, payable on the day of testing. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to the balance.
