Flexibility Without Expertise Isn’t Education
When flexibility exists without trained, qualified staff, education quickly becomes supervision. Children may be present, occupied, and cared for—but they are not receiving intentional instruction.
Licensed educators are trained to:
Design and deliver instruction aligned with learning standards
Monitor progress using data and documentation
Adjust teaching strategies based on student response

Without this expertise, learning becomes inconsistent and reactive rather than purposeful.
